B Sc/B A from any reputable university, possession of any relevant professional certification
at lest 8 years post qualification experience
property maintenance
coordinating the security unit of the organization
day-to-day running of the General Office
attend to incoming and outgoing mails
responsible for administrative issues: vehicle maintenance Power/Telephone, Medical Bills
coordination of office
responsible for all staff issues
procuring of all office requirements
coordinating all travel arrangements (Local and International)
organizing and coordinating all staff quarterly and other meetings
making traveling arrangement and handling travel documents for the office
general/equipment maintenance
