REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANGERS (ROM)
Job Description
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for all equipments
Generate useful and timely reports for all locations under his/here region to assist management in marking accurate business decisions
Handle client relationship efficiently using KYCs
Act as liaison between Head Office and Location Managers
Implement and supervise all Service Level Agreements
Ensure quality and cost effective operation
Required Skills and competencies
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Not less than 5 years practical experience. Fleet management familiarity preferable
• Experience in earth moving vehicles
• Excellent technical and operational data interpretation skill
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated resilience
• Must be able to drive with valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of MS Office
STATION MANAGER (SM)
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the successful candidates have responsibility of ensuring smooth operation at the location on a day-to-day basis
Job Description
Responsibility for proper maintenance of all equipments at his station according to company policies
Generate timely daily/weekly/monthly reports and maintain record of equipments repair and maintenance
Coordinate activities of Operational and Technical personnel and ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedure
Enforce PPE and HSSE compliance
Other administrative functions
Required Skill and Confidence
• Minimum HND Mechanical Engineering
• Not less than 3 years experience with bias in maintenance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated resilience
• Knowledge of MS Office
HEALTH SAFETY, SECURITY, ENVIRONMENT & QUALITY OFFICER (HSSEQ)
Formulate and Review HSSEQ policies
Responsible for Risk Assessment Audit
Coordinate periodic training of staff on HSSEQ
Monitor HSSEQ compliance
Required Skills and Competencies
• Degree in Engineering or Sciences
• NISP level 2 certification
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Knowledge of Ms Office
