SALES MANAGER & SALES ANALYST, LAGOS NEEDED

Multinational company, who are the sole distributors of world leading brand of Power Generators are looking for dynamic and carrier oriented individuals to be part of their progressive sales team

A) SALES MANAGER – LAGOS

Job Description:

This is a challenging and rewarding sales role which combines specified marketing functions with territorial sales responsibilities. The position reports to the Sales Leader. The position will be responsible for growing the territory market share and development and implementation of growth strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES
• Responsibility to meet the Sales Targets with target gross margin levels
• Analyze business requirements of a particular market segment and develop business plan
• Generates new sales opportunities and expand customer base
• Assist the Sales Leader to implement sales and marketing strategies for the development
• Increase Quotation Hit Rate
• Evaluating customer specification requirements in order to prepare plants quotations
• Working with Marketing department to capture competitors information and to plan marketing pricing strategy to capture bigger share of the segment

B) SALE ANALYST – LAGOS
Reporting to: Head Sales and Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
To develop and implement processes to ensure company Leadership receive accurate data to make decisions based on information provided, such as historic sales data, market trends, current economic conditions evaluation and gather market intelligence to develop demand forecasts for Power Generation. Achieve the maximization of data and formal reports and present results to Business Unit Leaders with recommendations. Analyzing the accuracy of Forecasting and consolidation of reports to support organization business strategy. Lead continuous improvement activities by identifying improvement areas to modify working methods when there is no specific define procedure and develop it.

Education/qualifications: Marketing Degree / MBA preferred
Experience Required:
.
• Self-confidence and ability to handle pressure
• 3- 5 years experience in administrative role
• Good communication and interpersonal; skills Computer literacy o/e/MS Word, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
