LOCATION: FEDERAL CAPITAL TERRITORY, ABUJA

MANAGER, Business Development (Sales & Marketing)

Managers sales operations within the company to maximize return on investment, optimizing sales processes to grow profitable new and used goods, sales, exercising disciplined expenses control, attracting and retaining outstanding talent and effectively engaging department personnel.

Develops and maintains, effective Sales Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
creates annual Sales Department goals and budget, in alignment with the company's financial and operational objectives,
develops and executes Sales Department marketing plan and review progress monthly to ensure achievement of departmental goals while realizing a minimum of 60% market share,
maintains a complete goods pricing strategy to achieve budgeted sales, market share and financial objectives,
develops and manages a customer relationship processs that includes interaction with the customer bases custumer profiling and classification, call scheduling and target marketing to realize targets and achieve customer allegiance,
maintains an effective inventory control system that achieves a minimum of total complete goods inventory turnover of 4x and used equipment turnover of 3X

Familiarity with farm machinery, especially tractors and tractor implements

Familiarity with other farm machinery – planters, sprayers, harvesters, balers – and added advantage

3 – 5 Years sales management experience

Ability to speak 1 Nigerian language – Yoruba or Hausa

MANAGER – PRODUCTION SUPPORT ( Parts & Services)

Manages parts and services operations within the company to maximize return on investment, optimizing Department processes, growing profitable parts sales ans service labor sales, exercising disciplined expense control, attracting and retaining outstanding talent and effectively engaging department personnel.

Develops and maintains, effective Parts & Services Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
creates annual Parts & Services Department goals and budget, in alignment with the company's financial and operational objectives,
develops and executes Parts & Services Department marketing plan, and monitor monthly to ensure achievement of departmental goals.
Submits all service warranty and product improvement program claims within the required time frame to receive maximum credit

Degree in mechanical engineering or agricultural engineering

Minimum 3 years experience in Parts & Service Department operations

Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Department's operations

Familiar with farm machinery

Ability to speak 1 Nigerian language – Ibo or Hausa


MANAGER – TREASURERY & SUPPORT SERVICES

Directs and controls all finanacial activities of the company, as well as overseeing Administration and Human Resources function.

Directs the prepartion of all finanacial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders/partners/members, tax returns, and reports for government regulatory agencies,
oversees the accounting department, budget preparation and audit functions, Meets regularly with department heads to keep informed and to offer guanaance/counsel
reviews reportsto analyze protections of sales and profit against actual figures budgeted expenses against final totals, and suggests methods of improving the planning process as appropriate
analyzes company operations to pinpoint opportunities and areas tht need to be reorganized, downsized, or eliminated
studies long-range economic trends and projects company prospects for future growth in overall sales through mergers/acquisitions and other expansion opportunities
estimates requirements for capital, land buildings, and an increase in the work force
supervises investment of funds and manages cash flow. May work with banks and/or investment bankers to raise additional capital as required for immediate operational needs and/or expansion.

3 – 5 years experience in finacial management with increasing responsibilities for multi-faceted direction and planning

Knowledge of database and accounting computer application systems to supply the most accurateeee financial information

Excellent analytical, business planning problem solving, communication, motivational and inter-personal people skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; added advantage if possessing and MBA
