CLASS TEACHERS

Nigeria LNG LIMITED SEEKS TO ENGAGE CLASS TEACHERS FOR IMMEDIATE Fixed Term Employment for an initial 5 years period with possible renewal, for the following positions:

1. MATHEMATICS TEACHERS (Ref:HRP/2011/230
Discipline requirements:
• Mathematics
• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in an international school
• Knowledge of International Primary Curriculum (IPC) (added advantage)
• Not more than 40 years

CLASS OF DEGREE
Bed or B. Sc/BA with PGDE?NCE in the relevant field obtained at a minimum of Second Class Upper Division
2. HOME ECONOMICS TEACHER(REF:2011/231`
Discipline requirements:
• Home Economics
• Knowledge of International Primary Curriculum (IPC) (added advantage)
•
CLASS OF DEGREE
Bed or B. Sc/BA with PGDE/NCE in the relevant field obtained at a minimum of Second Class Upper Division
3. SCIENCE TEACHER (REF:JRP/2011/229

DISCIPLINE REQUIREMENTS
Any of the Sciences
And as described above
4. SWIMMING INSTRUCTOR (ref:HRP/2011/242)
DISCIPLINE REQUIREMENTS:
• Any discipline
• Not more than 40 years
• Excellent Swimming Instructor and HUET/BOSSIET
• Certification as added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in Swimming Instructor only
CLASS OF DEGREE
Bed or B. Sc/BA with PGDE / NCE in the relevant field obtained at a minimum of Second Class Upper Division

The Job: The appointee will be required to teach the required subject based on the Nigerian Curriculum in an international setting and created a conducive learning environment within the classroom.

The Duties:

The duties for all class teachers will include, but are not limited to the following
• Prepare class work and teach pupils all assigned subjects
• Inculcate sound moral character in the pupils.
• Prepare, issue and discuss pupils report with their parents
