SHIFT PRODUCTION, PRODUCTION MANAGERS, HEAD AUDIT AND CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER

PRODUCTION MANAGER Responsibilities Ensure adherence to schedules in order to meet customer deadlines in full and on time; optimize efficiency by ensuring uptime and waste standards are met and improved upon ensure adherence to laid down process Requirements: Minimum of university degree in print technology, production management or engineering excellent knowledge of all facets of print production pre-press, press, and bindery with emphasis on security printing; people management and development skill minimum of 10 years experience with at least last 3 years in management position HEAD INTERNAL AUDIT Responsibilities Ensure compliance with procedures/regulations appraise existing internal controls measures and recommend improvement to be instituted; plan group wide audit program and deliver audit within specified time frame; conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk; Requirement: B Sc/HND the science or any numerable discipline must be ACA/ACCA qualified previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred minimum of 10 years working experience of which 5 must be as Head of audit SHIFT PRODUCTION MANAGER : Responsibilities Supervise production activities from press to finishing/bindery in line with defined process and procedures; co-ordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers ensure that shift targets are met; responsible for quality control, make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce within specification Requirements: A good first degree Minimum of 7 years in a reputable press, with at least 3 years in supervisory position.
