1.Director – Administration of Human Resources
Academic Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Public Administration or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution
candidate must also have a minimum of twenty (20) years cognate experience with at least 5 years in senior management position
a post-graduate degree will be an added advantage
management consulting experience will be a plus
proficiency in the use of Microsoft office application
must be a member of relevant local and international Human Resources an Human Capacity development professional institutions

Role - Technical
The successful candidate will originate and lead human resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment quality, productivity and standards goal attainment, and the recruitment and on-going development of a superior workforce
in additions/he will coordinate implementation of administrative services, policies and programs through own departmental and other staff.

Behavioral

The ideal candidate must be able to deal with conflicts in an accommodating manner and provide leadership and motivation to subordinates
s/he must be innovative in introducing monitoring systems that identify and promote productivity of the workforce

Director – Finance

Candidate must possess a university degree in Economics, Banking and Finance, Accounting, not lower than second class lower division in a relevant discipline
a post-graduate degree will be an added advantage
S/he must be a qualified accountant
in addition, candidates must have a minimum of twenty (20) years cognate experience with at least 5 years in senior management position preferably in the financial services sector.
Have proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office application and relevant financial packages.

Role – Technical
The successful candidate will improve the organization's accounting and financial management systems
Oversee the preparation of financial reports, direct investment activities and implement cash management processes
Direct organizational budget to meet its financial goals

Behavioral
This job role requires the ability to fulfill work projects with honesty and integrity
Applicant must be innovative and disciplined in identifying and solving finance related problems and communicating findings for implementation
The individual fulfilling this function should be thorough, methodical reliable, self-discipline, logical careful and conventional in nature
He or she must be clam and have long term planning capabilities

Director, Off site Supervision
Academic Requirement
University degree or equivalent qulification in any of the following disciplines: Economics, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science and Insurance
a post-gaduate degree will be an added advantage
s/he must possess relvant professional qualification e.g ACA, CITN, can, CIIN, ACCA
In addition, candidate must have a minimum of twenty (20) years cognate experience with at least 5 years in senior management position in the financial services sector
experience as a thought-leader as demonstrated through distinguished services in relevant associations, committees etc
relevant industry experience is a must along with knowledge of outstanding global and local practices

Role – Technical

The candidate must be focused on raising the quality and standards of all tasks undertaken
S/he must be able to draw conclusions by probing the problem issues and contemplate the consequences
The ideal candidate must have an innate need to get things right
S/he must be thorough, discipline and must be detail oriented

Director – Authorization and Policy
Academic Requirement

University degree or equivalent qualification in any of the following disciplines: Finance, Policy and Strategy, Accounting, Actuarial Science and Insurance
a post-graduate degree will be an added advantage
relevant professional qualification is essential
minimum of 20 years relevant post graduate experience of which at least five years should be at a senior level in the financial services sector
experience as thought-leader leader as demonstrated through associations committee etc.,
Experience as a thought-leader as demonstrated through associations, , committees etc

relevant industry experience is a must along with knowledge of international policies and standards

Role Technical
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing criteria for authorization of members organizations
s/he will oversee the development of appropriate policies that will serve as the bedrock for the organization
s/he will oversee the development of procedures to support the development of procedures to support the developed policies and enforcement of such policies
s/he will provide coaching mentoring and leadership for the subordinates
s/he must possess exceptional analytical and communication skills (both written and oral and highly developed teams leadership and mentoring skills

Behavioral

The ideal candidate must be able to maintain quality and pay significan attention to detail
s/he must be alert to changing situations and must be adaptable in difficult circumstances

Director, Inspectorate

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS

University degree or it equivalent qualification in finance or the social sciences
a post graduate degree will be an added advantage
candidates must also possess relevant professional qualification with recognised local and/or international professional bodies
minimum of 20 years relevant post graduate experience of which at least five years should be at a senior level in the financial services businesss and/pr working experience with a financial organization
exceptional analytical and communication skills (both written and oral) and highly developed teams leadership and mentoring skills
experience as a thought – leader as demonstrated through associations committees etc
relevant industry experience is a must, along with knowledge of outstanding global and local practices

Role – Technical
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the inspection of operators with respect to compliance requirements
the post holder will be accountable for contributing to the development and implementation of inspection guidelines in line with international standards
this role involves establishing strong relationships with the most senior levels of management within the organization, the sector's operators and other regulators as well as working directly with the Chief Executive Officer.

Behavioral

The ideal candidate must be systematic and factual, and adopt a logical ans intelligent approach in dealing with issues
s/he must be diplomatic while maintaining a high standard of compliance
s/he must be able to establish, adhere to and enforce regulations and procedure


Assistant Director – Legal

Candidates must possess L L B and B L
An L L M will be an added advantage
candidates must have fifteen (15) years working experience, five of which should be in senior management position in a reputable organization

Role - Technical
The successful candidates must have expertise in legislation and judicial systems
s/he will manage inquiries & disciplinary procedures
s/he will manage & coordinate external Legal Service provision
candidates should also have relevant experience working with the board of an organization ( e g as a Company Secretary)

Behavioral

The ideal candidate must subscribe to strict standards of quality and accuracy
s/he must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of dealing with colleagues with diplomacy while ensuring rules and regulations are strickly adhere to
the ideal person should possess functional interpersonal networks across a range of industries

Assistant Director – Human Resources

Requirement – Academic

Candidate must possess a university degree in any Social Sciences or Humanities, preferably in Public/Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management in addition to a good first degree which is not lower than second class lower division in a relevant discipline
a post-graduate degree will be an added advantage
have a minimum of fifteen (15) years cognate experience, Preference will be given to candidates with previous management experience in human capital development.
Have proficiency in the use of Microsoft office application
Professional Membership of CIPMN or other related professional associations is a must

Role - Technical

Candidate must be able to provide a pragmatic support system for managing the careers of technical/professional and clerical staff within the organization's
develop and implement relevant HR policies and procedures, interprets and administers HR – related provisions of collective bargaining agreement
s/he must be demonstrate knowledge and competencies to drive the HR function and value chain in collaboration with other team members
