POSITIONS

PRINCIPALS AND VICE PRINCIPAL (BRITISH NATIONAL CURRICULUM)

For each of the above positions, we require a good first and postgraduate degree or equivalent in field related to Education, and a proven track record with minimum of 15 years in Secondary Education. The successful candidates for these positions must have experience in teaching the British Curriculum showing evidence of strong academic and administrative leadership, initiative and creativity in policy formulation, good human relations and positive managerial attributes, and also have a proven track record with a minimum of 10 years in teaching and 5 years in School Administration and Management. REQUIREMENTS

Potentials Candidates must have:
• At least 5 years post –qualification experience (7 years for HODs) in a Secondary School
• Strong verbal & written communications skills
• Education to degree level and or suitable educational qualifications
• Good MS office skills- Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent teaching /communication skills
Familiarity with British National Curriculum would be desirable. Candidates must be practicing Christians. Those with post-graduate degrees and/or professional qualifications and demonstrable ability to effectively run an extra-curricular activity within the school will have a distinct advantage.
