Our client, a leading micro-finance institution is seeking to recruit highly qualified persons to fill the following positions:
1 Managing Director/Chief Executive
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure effectives implementation of the Bank’s business plans
• Co-ordinate all the Bank’s operations
• Provide leadership and direction for the Bank’s marketing operations
• Report regularly to the Board on overall business performance
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• A first degree from a reputable institution + a professional qualification in Marketing
• A minimum of 12 years management experience in financial institution.
1. HEAD OF MARKETING & CREDIT
A first degree in marketing + a postgraduate diploma + 8 years experience in marketing in a financial institution.
3. HEAD OF INTERNAL CONTROL
4. HEAD OF ACCOUNTS
For 3 and 4, a first degree/HND + professional qualification in accountancy + 8 years experience in an audit environment
5. Head a ‘Grade B’ Bureau de Exchange
A first degree/HND + 4 years of trading experience in a Bureau de Change
6. Personal Secretary
HND in Secretarial Studies + 7 years unbroken experience
7. Driver
Secondary School Leaver + 7 years experience+ good knowledge of Lagos raods
